The wine is a fresh greenish straw color. The aromas are lively with floral notes integrated with fruit like white peach, grapefruit, green banana and lemon grass. With a soft and voluptuous body and texture, this Viognier is seductively pleasant with juicy fruit and white peach flavors. The distinctive floral fruit and lingering long finish, underscore the versatility of this variety. While it has broad base appeal as a stand alone glass of wine, it can be paired with many dishes, especially spicy Thai, Indian, Mexican or Asian cuisine.
