1991 Napa Valley Sycamore Cabernet Sauvignon

Vintage and Winemaker's Notes:
Very dark, opaque, ruby color leads the senses to discover the aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and black currant married with dark chocolate, cinnamon, clove, coconut, rhubarb and tobacco. Did we mention dried violets? The amazing depth of this wine burst through with exploding flavors of ripe black currant, blackberry, cassis and mint, with a hint of tobacco. The tannins are very supple leaving the wine with a long fruitful, crisp finish.

• Varietal Composition: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and 16% Cabernet Franc
• Aging: 3 years in 60 gallon French oak
