1995 Napa Valley Sycamore Cabernet Sauvignon

Vintage and Winemaker's Notes:
Deep ruby, with an inviting nose of dark cherries, juniper, mint, cinnamon, clove, and earthy hints of dried rose petals. Packed with juicy berry flavors, mostly cherries and raspberry jam, this Sycamore shows appealing traces of both mint and dark chocolate. Good balance of fruit, acid, and toasty oak. Finishes long and smooth. A keeper! 2007 Notes: Softened over the past twelve years, and still showing the youth of its initial release.
