Vintage and Winemaker's Notes:
The 1997 Cabernet Bosché is a deep ruby color, with an aromatic nose of vanilla, dark cherry, plum and currant jam. Mint, cherry and black raspberry flavors combine into a rich and complex taste experience. Firm tannins and nicely integrated oak result in a lively lingering finish. A beautiful Bosché from the outstanding 1997 vintage!
