Vintage and Winemaker's Notes:
Deep garnet with a potpourri of aromas, including fresh cedar, juniper, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, currants, and sweet oak. Rich mouth feel with the flavors following through on the nose. Ripe plums, prunes, dark chocolate, black pepper on the finish. A wine to savor for years to come!

  • Varietal Composition: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 11 % Merlot
  • Aging: 3 years in 60 gallon French oak barrels
