Our high elevation site at Keyes vineyard provides lovely conditions to grow Chardonnay. The warm days and cool nights allow for even ripening and development of aromas that include ripe apple, honeysuckle, melon and pineapple. The lack of malolactic fermentation keeps the wine fresh and vibrant with flavors of lychee, mango, tangerine and soft vanilla. The wine is well integrated with a long, lingering finish making it great for sipping on its own or would pair great with fish, chicken and pasta.
