Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Mount Veeder vineyard sits at 1800 feet elevation and contributes all the wonderful elements of mountain grown Cabernet to this wine. Our high elevation, low vigor site results in wine that is intense, rich and full of mountain character. The nose opens with aromas of dark chocolate, black pepper, carob, and blackberry. The palate is rich and savory with elements of road tar, bramble fruits, mountain sage, espresso and anise. The tannins are bold, indicative of its mountain origin, that are well integrated, rich and powerful now and will age well for decades. Life Span in Proper Cellar: 20+ years
