Colline Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

We are excited to share with you our second vintage of the Colline Vineyard Cabernet. Its color is opaque ruby with a deep, inky core and vibrant violet hues at the rim. The aromatics are powerful and complex, evoking notes of boysenberry, licorice, and crushed blackberry interwoven with sweet tobacco, warm loam, and dark chocolate. Notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and toasted oak arise from well-integrated barrel aging. The tannins are ripe and well-structured, giving the wine a long, polished and persistent finish. It is a bold yet refined wine that captures the power, richness, and precision of this renowned region.
