The black, opaque, dark ruby color visually introduces this wine, expressing aromas of black currant, dark cherry, blackberry, and cassis. Adding to the perceived complexity of dark fruit, is aromatic cedar, slight clove, dark chocolate, and an integrated sweet oak spice. The flavors are black currant in general, big, juicy, jam, plum, dark cherry...very full in the mouth, with lots of depth and a very long finish. This cab is a long ball hitter for sure – with a long cherry finish!
