Description
Very dark ruby. The aroma has layers of depth, hinting of dark cherry, black currant, blackberry and cassis. The forward fruit components add further complexity, with a hint of juniper berry and mincemeat. The bouquet is reminiscent of dark chocolate, cedar, cinnamon, and clove. The flavor has a pleasant dark cherry dominance, and the finish is very long, complemented by mature, smooth tannins. This Cabernet Bosché is a great representation of the Bosché Estate terroir, producing a cabernet of distinctiveness and elegance to enjoy with your favorite steak, lamb, or a glass by itself.
