Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is opaque dark ruby in color with rich aromas and flavors of black currant, boysenberry and a blueberry. The aromas are coupled with spices of black peppercorns, aromatic cedar, cigar box, dried tobacco, pine forest, dark olive, and brambly forest floor. The flavors are reminiscent of dark cherry, with a firm crispness for balance and length. The tannins are round and well resolved, giving a wonderfully pleasant structure.
