Napa Valley
The Napa Valley Chardonnay wine is a rich and complex wine. Aromas of ripe Fuji apple, butterscotch and lemon curd are present on the nose. The barrel fermentation added complex aromas of soft vanilla, angel food cake and baking spices. The palate is full, creamy and rich, reminiscent of the texture of panna cotta. The partial malolactic fermentation created a suppleness to the wine while preserving enough acidity to keep it fresh and vibrant. It is complex, integrated and well balanced and will complement a wide variety of dishes. Enjoy.

Napa Valley

A tribute to our founder, Josephine Tychson, we craft this wine as a rich, complex, elegant, and intriguing wine from St. Helena. A base of Cabernet yields dark fruit notes of black cherry and black raspberry with well-structured tannins. Merlot contributes elements of plum, vanilla, and supple textures, while the Cabernet Franc and Malbec add exotic baking spice notes. The resulting blend is creamy, brooding, and richly textured, making it great with food or simply lovely on its own.
