Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is opaque dark ruby in color with rich aromas and flavors of black currant, boysenberry and a blueberry. The aromas are coupled with spices of black peppercorns, aromatic cedar, cigar box, dried tobacco, pine forest, dark olive, and brambly forest floor. The flavors are reminiscent of dark cherry, with a firm crispness for balance and length. The tannins are round and well resolved, giving a wonderfully pleasant structure. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of a mountain Cabernet, with the rich extraction of abundant flavors providing a wine of great depth and pleasure.

"The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain is deep garnet-purple colored and offers up Black Forest cake, menthol and licorice scents with nuances of lilacs, red roses, stewed tea and cedar chest plus a waft of black olives. Full, rich and concentrated, it completely coats the palate with black fruit and anise flavors, framed by firm, ripe tannins and finishing with a lingering menthol lift.
